Is Triden Self Storage accessible 24/7?
At Triden Self Storage our outdoor containers are 24/7. The indoor storage units are open for working hours. Monday to Friday 8:00am - 17:00pm ( 4.30pm for the Midi Storage Units ) Saturday 9:00am - 13:00pm ( 12.30pm for the Midi Storage Units ) The indoor units are closed on Bank holidays and during the Christmas period.

What security measures are in place?
Our storage premises is reinforced with fencing, fob automated gate system, CCTV monitoring and on-site employees during work hours. Containers and units boast heavy duty and latest lock security, assuring the safety of your belongings.

What sizes of storage units do you offer?
We offer a variety of unit sizes to cater to your needs, from the indoor Midi unit and walk in unit’s to outdoor 10ft and 20ft container’s, so whether you're storing a few boxes or the contents of an entire house, we've got you covered!

What if I need to upgrade or downgrade my storage unit?
Not a problem! At Triden Self Storage, flexibility is key. If your needs change, we're happy to help you switch to a bigger or smaller unit.

What do I need to bring for booking storage?
Two forms of ID, 1 photographic and 1 with proof of address. We require a £100 deposit.

What if I want to cancel?
Cancelling with Triden self storage is simple. No cancellation fees, just provide us with 14 days notice.

How long can I store my belongings?
Whether its short term or long term you’re after, we are here to help you with your storage needs. The minimum storage duration is 1 month and you can store with us for as long as you like.

Do I need my own padlock?
No, we will supply you with a padlock for your storage unit.

Do I need insurance?
Yes, customers must have insurance whilst using the facilities at Triden self storage. Customers will need to provide full proof of insurance cover you have taken out yourself.

How much does insurance cost?
Insurance cost depends on the value of your goods being stored. There are many insurance providers online that will be able to give you a free instant quote. *Please note it is important to value your goods accurately, as a undervalued policy may result in a reduced claim settlement.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
