What do I need to bring?

Required:

• Two forms of ID, 1 photographic and 1 with proof of address.

• £100 Deposit 

 

When are you open?

We are open Monday to Friday 8am-5pm & Saturday 9am-1pm, come on down and our friendly self storage team will be able to assist you.

We will be closed on Bank holidays and during the Christmas period.

What if I want to cancel?

Cancelling with Triden self storage is simple.

No cancellation fees, just provide us with 14 days notice.

How long can I store my belongings?

Whether its short term or long term you’re after, we are here to help you with your storage needs.

The minimum storage duration is 1 month and you can store with us for as long as you like.

Are my items safe and secure?

Our storage premises is reinforced with fencing, fob automated gate system, CCTV monitoring and on-site employees during work hours. Containers and units boast heavy duty and latest lock security, assuring the safety of your belongings.

Do I need my own padlock?

No, we will supply you with a padlock for your storage unit.

Do I need insurance?

Yes, customers must have insurance whilst using the facilities at Triden self storage.

Customers will need to provide full proof of insurance cover you have taken out yourself.

How much does insurance cost?

Insurance cost depends on the value of your goods being stored.

There are many insurance providers online that will be able to give you a free instant quote.
